About Matt Mohler
Matt is a career political consultant with over 20 years of experience running political, public relations, and issue advocacy campaigns. He started as a volunteer on local political campaigns in his hometown of Vero Beach, FL, and has since gained extensive experience in the energy, education, transportation, insurance, and land use industries. He has a passion for writing, which he attributes to thought provoking English & Communications teachers and a foundation in reading classical literature. Matt is a self‑proclaimed Milton Friedman conservative, and he founded the Indian River County Young Republican Club for which he ironically no longer qualifies for membership. Matt and his wife Rachel live in Edmond, Oklahoma with their 5 children, 3 dogs, and several dying houseplants. They are members of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond and spend their free time enjoying their kids' after-school activities.
